Share Your Sign Up Form
This video shows you how to generate a link to your form that you can share with your guests. You can also email or text it. Texting requires an upgraded plan.
Seeing how your form looks before you share it
You do not need to share your form, or turn anything on, to see how it looks.
While you are editing, click Done. That takes you out of editing and shows you the live form — the same page your guests see when they open your link. To make more changes, click Edit and you are back where you were.
So there is no separate preview step to find: Done is the preview. Turning on sharing is about letting other people reach the form, not about looking at it yourself.
If you want to see it exactly as someone with no Lome account would, open your form's link in a private or incognito browser window.
Share it with your guests
Click the Share button at the bottom of the form. In the sharing menu:
- Make sure sharing is enabled. With it off, the form is private and only you and your co-hosts can open it.
- Copy link gives you the web address to paste anywhere.
- Email and Text message send it directly — pull people in from your address book, from a previous event, or type them in. Texting requires an upgraded plan.
- QR code gives you a code and a printable flyer that links straight to the form.
- On higher tiers, custom link gives you a short address like
lome.co/fall-picnic.
Getting it reviewed before you send it out
If you want a colleague, pastor or coach to read it over first, you have two choices:
- Add them as a co-host — open the form → Share → Co-Hosts. They can open and edit it properly, and you do not have to make the form public to anyone else.
- Send them the link. Sharing has to be enabled for this, which means anyone holding the link can open the form. That is fine for a trusted reviewer; just be aware you have made it reachable rather than private.
If all you want is to see it yourself, click Done as above — that needs neither.
