Message everyone who signed up (email or text)
- Open your sign-up, click Edit, then Results.
- To write to everyone, click Send a Message at the top of the page.
- To write to part of the list, click the ⋯ next to a date, an item, a time slot, or one person's response, and choose Message these people.
- Choose Email or Text, write your message, and send.
Email or text?
Lome sends email by default. A guest gets a text instead when they signed up with only a phone number, or when they have a Lome account and chose texts under their own Settings → Contact. Text messaging is included on plans with the Text Message Invites & Reminders feature.
The message did not arrive
- Confirm the person is listed under Edit → Results with a valid email or phone.
- Ask them to check spam for mail from support@withlome.com.
- Replies to your message go to your account email, not to Lome support.
