Troubleshooting Subscription Issues

Upgrade Prompts Despite Having a Paid Account

If you're seeing prompts to upgrade even though you have a paid subscription, try these steps:

  1. First, verify your subscription status in Settings > Billing
  2. Log out of Lome completely and log back in
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try accessing Lome from a different browser or device

If you're still seeing upgrade prompts after these steps, please contact our support team with details about which specific action triggers the paywall message.

Account Upgrade Issues

If you're experiencing technical difficulties when upgrading your account, especially from legacy plans:

  1. Try the upgrade process from a different browser
  2. Ensure your payment method is current and valid
  3. Clear your browser cache before attempting the upgrade
  4. If you encounter billing conflicts or synchronization errors, don't attempt multiple upgrades

Important: If you experience technical issues during an upgrade, contact support immediately. Multiple upgrade attempts can cause billing conflicts that require manual intervention to resolve.
