Stop emails from Lome, or report spam

Stop emails about one sign up

Every email we send has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will stop receiving emails about that sign up straight away — there is nothing else to fill in.

Most email apps also show their own Unsubscribe button at the top of the message. That works too.

This stops emails from that one organiser. Other groups you have signed up with can still reach you.

Stop every email from Lome

After you unsubscribe, the confirmation page offers Stop all emails from Lome. Choose that and no organiser using Lome can email you again.

What still arrives

Two things are not affected, because they are about your own account rather than anyone's mailing list:

• Login codes. Lome has no passwords — you log in with a code we email you. If unsubscribing stopped those, you could not get into your account.
• Billing receipts and payment notices, if you have a paid account.

Report spam or a suspicious email

If you get something that claims to be from Lome but looks wrong:

1. Forward the whole email to support@withlome.com.
2. Tell us briefly why it looks wrong.
3. Do not click links or open attachments in it.

Real Lome emails always come from an address ending @withlome.com and relate to a sign up you or someone you know created.

Change what you receive from inside your account

If you have a Lome account, go to Settings → Contact at grow.withlome.com to choose whether we reach you by email or text.

If the emails do not stop

Unsubscribing takes effect immediately, but a message already on its way may still land. If you are still getting emails from the same sign up a day later, email support@withlome.com with one of them and we will look into it.
