Adding Admins to Legacy Plan Accounts

If your organization has been using Lome for a while, your account might be on one of our legacy plans. These older plans have special requirements when it comes to adding additional administrators to your account.

Understanding Legacy Plan Limitations

Legacy plans (like the $36 annual Engage plan) were designed differently than our current offerings. While these plans do support multiple admins, the feature needs to be manually activated by our support team before you can add additional administrators.

Important: Most legacy plans allow for up to two total admins (the original account owner plus one additional admin).

How to Add Admins to Your Legacy Account

  1. Contact Lome Support - Send an email to our support team explaining that you'd like to add an admin to your legacy plan account.
  2. Provide the email address - Include the email address of the person you want to make an admin. This person should already have a Lome account.
  3. Wait for backend activation - Our team will enable the admin feature for your account manually.
  4. Add your admin - Once activated, you'll be able to add the additional admin through your account settings.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I'm on a legacy plan?

If you've been using Lome for several years or pay $36 annually for an Engage plan, you're likely on a legacy plan. When you try to add an admin and can't find the option, this is another indicator.

Can I upgrade to a current plan instead?

Yes! You can always upgrade to one of our current plans, which include admin management features that work immediately without backend activation.

How long does backend activation take?

Our support team typically handles these requests within one business day.

What if the person I want to add doesn't have a Lome account yet?

They'll need to create a free Lome account first using the email address you want to designate as an admin.
