The quickest way to determine if you have multiple accounts is to try signing in using different methods:

  1. Sign out of Lome completely if you're currently logged in
  2. Try signing in with your email and password – note what you see in your dashboard
  3. Sign out again, then try "Sign in with Google" using the same email address
  4. Compare what you see – do you see different organizations, forms, or billing information?

If the dashboards look different, you definitely have two separate accounts!
