0:00 Let's create a signup form with time slots. So we're going to create our signup form. We're going to say it is volunteers. 0:09 We could call this our field day volunteers. It is going to take place on the 31st. We will continue. So Lome has three different ways you can think about creating sign-up slots. 0:23 You can have items. Which could be snacks, uh, or they could be jobs like check-in, uh, ticket sales, et cetera. 0:31 You can have times, which this would be, uh, hour-long appointments all day, half hour increments, this sort of thing. And actually we use AI to create these times. 0:42 And so you can either use one of our predetermined, so every 15 minutes, but This is for field day volunteers. 0:50 So we could say two hour long appointments all day. And you'll notice it creates actual time slots. Okay. That's how you create time slots. 1:02 And you could do these, you can even change the, uh, emoji if you'd like. However, the other way you can, and you'll know at the top here that we have time zones. 1:12 That you can change. You can also create items with times. So we're going to go ahead and remove all of these. 1:21 And you'll notice now that we can say, so we can do face painting. We can do, uh, ticketing. All right. 1:33 And you could add anything you any number of other times, but you also can just add a number of time slots. 1:40 And so this is creating signup slots underneath each one. We can continue. And we're just going to skip to seeing the form itself. 1:53 And what you'll notice here is that we have a time under an item. You also can filter these or the, you end user can filter these, but if we had gone with just time slots, we get the individual. 2:07 If we had just had items, it would just say face painting, but now we have an item or a job with time slots.
