Hide the Names of People who Respond
This video will show you how to adjust your page settings to hide the names of guests who have signed up for your event.
Video Transcript:
0:00 The default on Lome forms is that when someone signs up, their response is public. Anyone else who views the form can see who signed up. 0:10 To see who signed up, you simply click on the number, and you can see the names of the people who signed up. 0:17 However, in certain instances, you might want to hide the names. We do have a setting for that. You simply click on edit to enter the edit view of your form, go to settings, scroll down to privacy, and there's an option to hide the names of respondents on the form. 0:36 Simply turn that on, click done, and now, when you look at the names, anyone who views the form will see no name, but still see that the slot is full. 0:48 If you have signed up when you're viewing your own form, you can still access the results on the results page.
