Add A Cohost To Your Community

It's great to share responsibility! Cohosts can manage, edit, and share your community. They also have access to create sign up forms and announcements within your Community.

0:00 So you've created a community, but you want to invite other people to help you manage that community. Lome can help you do that. 0:09 So, when you have your community all set up, you can go in and you can add a co-host by clicking share. 0:17 There's, in the share menu, there's a co-host, invite co-host button. And in the co-host menu, you have options. 0:28 You can add somebody new from your contact, or you can fill something new in. RileyPlusCo at gmail.com So you could do something like that. 0:39 Or, you could go to your menu, or your members list of menus, and you can make someone a co-host by clicking on these three dots. 0:48 There is another way. If we go to edit, when we're in our community, within the edit screen, there is a members section. 0:56 You can scroll, and you can see here, if you click on the role that somebody is, you have the option to promote them to the co-host role within that. 1:07 So, I'm gonna invite Bruce to be a co-host. I'll click done, and now Bruce has full access to help me create sign-up forms, manage the community, share the community, invite people into it, etc.
