Remove a Sign Up Entry

Either the person who signed up or the host can remove an entry.

If you signed up and want to cancel

1. Open the sign-up form.
2. Click your own name on the slot you took.
3. Click Remove.

That is it — the spot reopens for someone else straight away.

If you are the host, removing someone else

1. Open your sign-up and click Results.
2. Find the person's entry.
3. Click the ⋯ menu beside it.
4. Choose Remove, or Edit if you only need to correct their details.

Use Edit when someone has typed their name wrong or signed up for the wrong slot — it keeps the entry and saves them doing it again.

What happens afterwards

The slot reopens immediately and the entry disappears from your results.

If you have change notifications turned on, you will be told when someone cancels their own sign-up — see Get notified when someone changes or cancels a sign-up. You are not notified about removals you make yourself.

Removing everyone at once

There is no "clear all". If you want the same form again with nobody on it, duplicate it instead — the copy comes with no responses. See Duplicate a sign-up for a new season.
