Add Admins to Your Lome Account
This video will show you how add admins to your Lome account. These admins will have full access to all your sign ups, RSVPs, and other cards.

0:00 On Lome, admins are people who have full access to your entire Lome account. So as opposed to co-hosts, which you can invite to individual events or communities, admins get access to everything within your account. 0:19 They can edit, delete, invite, create, anything you think within your account, including communities and events. So if you'd like to add an admin, you come up, you're on your home screen, you scroll, you find your menu. 0:39 You go into settings and over on the left hand side, you'll see that there's an admin on mobile. There's a menu button that appears at the top. 0:48 We click admins, we click add an admin, and we could say we want to invite, or no, we want to invite Sally. 0:56 You can invite via, uh, email. So we say, uh, withline.com. 1:10 Send an invite via email. You might see an error message here, uh, the error message might say that the person already has a Lome account. 1:20 Admins have to be, uh, individuals, or they have to be email addresses that don't already have a Lome account associated with them. 1:30 If you try to invite somebody and they already have a Lome account, you can reach out to us at support at withlome.com and we can help you merge their account in. 1:43 We will need the permission of the person who you're trying to add, and we will need the email address, uh, and we'll have to check and see if they have any additional, if they've already created cards or signup forms, we'll have to go through all that. 2:00 But we can help you in that process. The alternative is you just set up a new email address for that individual and that individual then is able to sign up or be added as an admin because there isn't a conflict with the email address.
