Add / Edit Sign Up Items After You've Shared It

Can you add or edit sign up items after you've already shared the form with others and started to get responses? Yes! You can, but you should be careful - especially when editing. Editing sign up items and slots can result in losing the responses you already have for the sign up items you are editing. We recommend you only edit sign up items that do not yet have any responses. Edit a sign up slot by taking the following steps:

1. When viewing your Sign Up Form click or tap "Edit"
2. In the Edit view click or tap "Responses"
3. Scroll to the item you wish to edit and perform your edits
4. Click "Done"

Adding new sign up items or slots is easier and less risky - you can do this by taking the following steps:

1. When viewing your Sign Up Form click or tap "Edit"
2. In the Edit view click or tap "Responses"
3. Scroll to the bottom of your items and click or tap "Add Item"
4. Add the Item(s) you wish
5. Click "Done"
