Display Participants On Your Form

Let respondents more easily see who else has signed up for the slots on your form with this setting that keeps participants names displayed under each sign up slot.

0:00 So you have a sign-up form, and you want to display the participants to everyone. We have a setting for that. 0:07 Um, at any time, users can see on your sign-up form, they can see what people have signed up for by clicking on the number field. 0:17 So you can see here that Riley signed up for Goldfish Casserole. Um, and then you can see here that Sally signed up to bring two beers. 0:24 Two snacks. She didn't include in the message field what she was going to bring, so it's there. So you can always see that. 0:29 But let's say you wanted to display the participants. Sometimes people like to see that. We go in here, click edit, then we click settings. 0:39 We scroll down. There's a setting called show participants. Scroll back up. We click done. and as we scroll down we can see that Bruce is displayed under cleanup, Sally under snacks, and Riley under snacks. 0:54 That's how you do it.
