Adding Admins who already have a Lome Account
Admins are users on your Lome account who have almost full access to all aspects of your Lome account. Effectively Lome considers an admin to be a co-account holder on your account. Because of this, admins can not have their own personal Lome account under the same email address. Said differently, you are only able to add a person who does not already have a Lome account as an admin on your account.
If you try to invite a person who already has a Lome account to be an admin on your account you will get the following error:
"Sorry, that person already has a Lome account. If you'd like to invite them as an admin on your account, please contact us: support@withlome.com "
If you contact us, Lome support will be able to delete the user's current stand alone account (including all of their existing sign up forms) and manually add/invite them to be an admin on your account.
Alternatively, you can invite the person to be an admin a different email address. This will mean that they can maintain their existing individual account but they have two Lome accounts - one individual and one as an admin on your account. To switch between the accounts they will need to logout and log back in as desired.
You also may consider if you truly need the person to have full admin access to your account, or if you can accomplish your desired outcome by inviting the person as a Co-Host on your Sign Up Forms or one of your Communities.

Image Requirements and Best Practices
- Logo: Recommended size is 200x200 pixels or larger, square format works best
- Cover Image: Recommended size is 1200x400 pixels for best display across devices
- Use high-quality images that represent your organization well
- Ensure images are clear and readable when displayed at smaller sizes
- Keep file sizes under 5MB for faster loading
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Image won't upload:
- Check that your file size is under 5MB
- Ensure you're using a supported format (PNG, JPG, or SVG for logos)
- Try refreshing the page and attempting the upload again
Logo appears blurry or pixelated:
- Upload a higher resolution version of your logo
- For best results, use a logo that's at least 400x400 pixels
- Consider using an SVG format for crisp display at any size
Cover image looks stretched or cropped incorrectly:
- Use the cropping tool to adjust which part of your image is displayed
- Try uploading an image that's closer to the recommended 1200x400 pixel dimensions
- Keep important elements of your image toward the center, as edges may be cropped on mobile devices
